Hi, I’m Austin, a self-taught software engineer turned property developer. After corporate life didn’t spark joy, I followed my grandfather’s legacy in building—first into renting properties for financial freedom, then into development. I reinvested in my first rental using $60K of my savings and launched a new path with purpose.

I come from a line of builders—my grandfather was a general contractor. That foundation taught me the functional lifeblood of construction: what works in the real world. I’ve since scaled with a small two-person crew, raising millions in capital and executing thoughtful underwriting from acquisition to rehab to tenant-ready property.
Community impact
Giving back with authentic community service
We’re not just builders—we’re community neighbors. Every year, we volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. We’ve also funded full repair and rebuilds for homes in support of the Wounded Warrior Project—because building means more when it services others.
